Refund policy

At The Inner Co., we’re confident in the quality of our products and committed to your satisfaction. Because our products are designed to work gradually over time, we offer a results-based refund policy instead of a standard return policy.

30-Day Results Guarantee

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You have used the product consistently for 30 days after receiving it, as directed.

  • You have seen no noticeable improvement after the 30-day usage period.

  • You contact us within 3 days after completing the 30 days to request your refund.

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • The refund request applies only to your first order placed with us.  
  • You may be required to answer a few brief questions about your usage experience to help us improve our products.

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are eligible for a refund and wish to try a different product, please request a refund first and place a new order separately.

Refund Process

Once we receive and evaluate your refund request, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
